Welcome to De Villier
De Villier is one of seven apartment complexes grouped together in Garran. Completed in 2002, it consists of 41 two and three bedroom apartments and 2 three-bedroom townhouses.
Within walking distance of Canberra Hospital and Garran shops, and with an easy drive to Woden and Mawson shopping complexes, De Villier is particularly well located. Garran Primary School and neighbouring playing fields provide open space to the north-west and clear views to Mt Stromlo and the Brindabellas.
The complex is generally in good condition. It was repainted in 2007, gardens have been replanted and sprinklers replaced with a drip system.
The Owners Corporation has solid financial reserves and the Executive Committee endeavours to ensure that funds are spent appropriately.
